We send a euro-denominated invoice (pay by SEPA or international wire), confirm receipt, and your account goes live. WhatsApp ordering is coming shortly. No — and be wary of anyone who tells you a report or a piece of software can be. Our methodology is aligned with ISO 14064-1 and the GHG Protocol; that means we follow the standard's structure and definitions. Certification/formal assurance under ISO 14064-3 is done to an organization by an accredited third-party verifier (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) — it's a separate, individually-scoped engagement, not something included in the €999 report or performed by us.
Yes, as two separate paid add-ons, outside the €999 report: Consultant Review, where a vetted external consultant checks your report against ISO 14064-1 and fixes or flags issues, and ISO Certification Handling, where we coordinate your certification engagement with an accredited body (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) — the certificate itself is always issued by them, never by us. Neither has a fixed price: we talk to the consultant/certifier and to you, agree transparent pricing plus our facilitation fee, and only start once you've approved the total. Contact us to scope it.
Textiles are not currently in CBAM's Phase 1 scope (cement, steel, aluminium, fertilisers, electricity, hydrogen) — any carbon-cost figure we show for textiles is a forward-looking, illustrative sensitivity, not a current liability. CSRD is the real near-term driver: EU brands still in scope want supplier Scope 3 data for their own reporting and buyer scorecards, and a clean, buyer-ready inventory strengthens your commercial position.
