By accessing or using CarbonReport Pro ("the Platform") at https://www.carbonreportpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
1. Service Description
CarbonReport Pro provides automated GHG (greenhouse gas) inventory reporting software for textile exporters and related industries. The Platform generates ISO 14064-aligned reports using user-provided facility data and published emission factors (DEFRA, IPCC).
2. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
3. Acceptable Use
- You must provide accurate facility data when generating reports. Intentionally falsifying input data to produce misleading reports is prohibited.
- Reports generated on the Platform are for your own use or for submission to your buyers and auditors.
- You may not resell or sublicense the Platform or individual reports without prior written agreement.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the Platform’s calculation logic or software.
4. Subscription and Payment
Plans are purchased on a reporting-period basis. Access periods begin from the date of purchase. Payments are non-refundable once a reporting period has commenced and at least one report has been generated. Contact info@carbonreportpro.com within 24 hours of purchase for pre-use refund requests.
5. Report Accuracy and Disclaimer
CarbonReport Pro applies published emission factors (DEFRA, IPCC AR6) to user-provided data. The Platform does not independently verify the accuracy of input data. Reports generated by the Platform represent system-calculated estimates based on the data you provide.
CarbonReport Pro reports are designed to support compliance discussions with buyers and are not a substitute for formal third-party verification under ISO 14064-3 or equivalent standards. Verification levels (L1–L4) reflect data-quality checks within the Platform, not external independent assurance.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, calculation engine, report templates, and content, is the intellectual property of CarbonReport Pro. Reports generated using your facility data are your property. You grant CarbonReport Pro a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of generating your reports.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonReport Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on generated reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant subscription period.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@carbonreportpro.com.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, binding arbitration.
