Expand Rooftop Solar PV to 30% Electricity Coverage
Pending
Add 400 kW rooftop solar to reduce grid electricity draw. Eliminates ~192 tCO₂e/yr from Scope 2. Capex USD 280K, payback 5–7 years via energy savings + CBAM reduction.
CBAM Saving: €12,480/yr Reduction: 192 tCO₂e/yr Due: Q1 2026
MED
Steam Trap Survey + Condensate Return System
Pending
Fix failed steam traps and install condensate return. Saves 10–15% boiler fuel. Reduces Scope 1 by ~85 tCO₂e/yr. Capex USD 38K, payback 10–14 months.
CBAM Saving: €5,525/yr Reduction: 85 tCO₂e/yr Due: Q2 2025
LOW
LED Lighting + Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) on Motors
Pending
Retrofit all production-floor lighting to LED and install VFDs on pumps, fans, compressors. Saves 15–20% electricity. Reduces Scope 2 by ~115 tCO₂e/yr. Capex USD 62K, payback 18–24 months.
CBAM Saving: €7,475/yr Reduction: 115 tCO₂e/yr Due: Q4 2025

Generate a report first to populate CBAM export data.
Note: CBAM declarations cover goods imported into the EU from 1 Jan 2026. Textiles (HS 50–63) are currently in monitoring phase with mandatory declarations expected by 2027. This export is pre-formatted to the EU CBAM Regulation (EU) 2023/956 embedded emissions reporting structure.
How to unlock the next verification level
Step 1
Upload real documents
Use electricity bills, fuel invoices, gas bills, production records, and water/ETP records. Avoid sample or template files.
Step 2
Wait for OCR + matching
CarbonReport Pro extracts values from the documents and compares them against your submitted data. Progress only increases when processing actually starts.
Step 3
Fix mismatches, then apply for review
Once documents match within tolerance, your report reaches Level 3 (First-Party Validated). Apply for Level 4 Auditor Review for maximum buyer-facing assurance — recommended prior to formal ISO 14064-3 third-party verification.
